Order Cut-off Time:
Orders placed before 09:00 PM IST (GMT +5:30) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Handling Time:
All orders, regardless of the shipping method, require 2 days for processing, packaging, and dispatch.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Change of Address:
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us at glowifyindia@gmail.com as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Cancellations:
To cancel an order, notify us within 24 hours of purchase by emailing glowifyindia@gmail.com. Orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot be canceled. This is applicable for only cash on de;ivery orders not prepaid .

Returns & Refunds

Damaged or Defective Products:

Return Policy:
We accept returns only for defective or incorrect items. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. The product should be unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds:
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method. this is also only applicable for cash on delivery orders not prepaid.
