How to Initiate Your Return:
Step 1: Enter your order number and email address in the fields at the bottom of this page and click "Send."
Step 2: You will receive instructions via email. Follow the provided instructions and select the items you wish to return.
Step 3: Upon approval of your return request, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
Return Labels: For eligible returns, customers will receive a pre-paid return label via email. Simply print the label and attach it to the return package. Drop off the package at your nearest postal service.
Item Not Arrived:
If your item has not been delivered within 14 days from the day of dispatch, please contact us at glowifyindia@gmail.com or call us at +91-7420031878, providing your order number.
Items That Are Excluded from the Return or Refund Policy:

Used or Altered Products: Returns and refunds may not be accepted if the product shows signs of use or has been altered in any way.

Damaged Products Due to Customer Handling: Instances where the customer is responsible for product damage through mishandling may not qualify for returns or refunds.

Products Without Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or return.

Specific Categories or Products: Personal care items, perishables, and customized products may have restrictions on returns.

Clearance or Final Sale Items: Products marked as clearance or final sale may not be eligible for return or refund.
Time Limit for Returns:
Returns must be initiated within 12 hours of the product. Exceeding this timeframe may result in the rejection of return requests.
Non-Returnable Products:
Certain products, such as digital goods, gift cards, and hygiene-related items, are non-returnable.
Promotional or Discounted Items:
Items purchased during promotions or at a discounted price may have specific return conditions, which will be communicated during the purchase process.
Faulty/Broken Items:
If you receive a faulty or broken item, you have 30 days from the receipt of your order to notify us. If more than 30 days have passed, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To report faulty or broken items, please email glowifyindia@gmail.com with pictures and/or videos clearly displaying the issue. Our team will review your request within 7 business days before proceeding with a replacement. The damaged or faulty item must be returned following the provided instructions.
Order Cancellation:
We offer a full refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel your order, please submit a help ticket below. Refunds may take 4-5 business days to process, depending on your payment provider. If you miss the cancellation window, you may initiate a return after receiving the product. And this is only applicable for the cash on delivery orders not prepaid .
Return/Exchange Process:
All return/exchange items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed, with all original labels attached and in their original packaging. You may choose either an exchange (if the item is in stock) or a refund. Failure to meet these conditions may result in additional fees or rejection of the return.
Change of Mind Returns:
If you change your mind about a purchase, we will refund or exchange the product, subject to the following conditions:

The product must be returned within 30 days of receipt with proof of purchase.

Exclusions apply to personal care items, customized products, gift cards, and hygiene-sensitive items.

The product must be returned in its original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, unused, with original tags/labels attached).

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for faulty items where the full order is being returned with proof of shipping costs.
Damaged on Arrival / Incorrect Items:
You have 14 business days upon receipt to report any damaged, incorrect, or wrong items received. If more than 30 days have passed, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To report these issues, please email glowifyindia@gmail.com with pictures and/or videos clearly showing the problem. Our team will review your request within 7 business days before processing a replacement. The damaged or incorrect item(s) must be returned as per the instructions provided.
Refund Processing Time:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send an email notification. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
